GENERAL FAQs

How can I reserve?

Reservations can be done only through our website on the reservations section, which is always updated with the availability of the restaurant. In case the restaurant is fully booked, you can join our waiting list.

Do I need a credit card to reserve?

Yes, a credit card is mandatory to secure the table. Please note that there is no charge to your card. Your bill will be settled on the day of your visit.

What is the modification and cancellation policy?

You can cancel your reservation without any penalty up to three business days before your arrival. You can modify the number of people without penalty fee within three business days. A fee of $34 per person will be charged on your credit card in case of a cancellation before three business days or no show.

What happens if I am running late?

Contact book@opusaruba.com if you are running late. Please note that arriving more than ten minutes late may result in missing part of your experience. What are the opening days of Opus Ocean & Grill? Opus Ocean & Grill is open every day, from Monday to Sunday. Arrival times for dinner 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM

What menus do you offer?

We offer courses from our à la carte menu, that can be found HERE.

How long does the experience last?

The experience usually takes about 1 hour and 30 min for 1-2 guests 3-4 guests have about 2 hours and 5-6 guests have 2 hours 30 min More than 7 will take around 3 hours.

Do you accept credit cards?

We accept all credit cards. Payment by cash can be made also in US dollars or Florins.

How many people can I reserve for?

We can accommodate from two up to ten people.

We are a party with more than ten people, how can we reserve?

Opus Ocean & Grill has a limited seating capacity per table of eight persons. For parties with more than eight people, we can arrange a private event at our restaurant. You can send us an email to book@opusaruba.com

Do you require a dress code?

No dress code is required, a smart casual choice fits your visit perfectly.

Are children welcome?

Children are more than welcomed in Opus Ocean & Grill. Please note that we do not have strollers also we don’t have enough highchairs, but you can bring yours with you. Kids menus are not available, but they will have the possibility to order à la carte.

Can you accommodate allergies and dietary restrictions?

Yes, our kitchen team will adapt the the à la carte order, to allergies and food preferences. Our team will also take care of all the attentions related to pregnancy. In general, we kindly ask you a notification one week before your reservation .

Can I buy a gift card for someone?

We offer this service only in case of an already confirmed reservation. You can make a reservation through our system and, if confirmed, offer it to your guests. You can contact the restaurant to pay in advance for the a la cart menu.

Opus Ocean & Grill is located in Havenstraat 36, local 6 Oranjestad, Aruba On the back of Royal Plaza Mall.

-By car: Opus Ocean & Grill is located on the back of royal plaza mall; if you are arriving by car, please be aware that we have our own free parking valet.
